The Guest Room
When we bought the house, it had been
converted into a "guest house", which actually meant
that all
the Classic Lamu Galleries had been
subdivided into small rooms, to be rented.
Each room was numbered.
The Room that is now the guest room,
was called Room 5.
On the Majestic Mahogany Door providing
entrance, the letters 'R5' were applied in green paint.
We now refer to this room as R5.
It makes things easy for identification
purposes.
